1) Upon availability of the item, deposit is required for booking purposes.

2) Items will be released after full payment have been received. However, I will need you to send me the proof of payment or the bank-in slip before the item is released to you.

3) You will receive your order within 7 days upon confirmation (within Peninsula Malaysia). Applicable for READY STOCK ITEM.

4) We do allow installment of 2x for certain items. However, the item will only be released after full payment is received.

5) Kindly note that the color of the item(s) may be slightly different from the picture due to lighting effect and picture taken technique.

I post to anywhere in Malaysia. Prices quoted for all items are not inclusive of postage fee. Please note that postage fee to East Malaysia will cost more than to West Malaysia.

I don't offer CODs for some reasons. All items will be posted once full payment has been made.

Every item has been inspected, and if there is any flaw to the bag, it will be described here. The sizes and description are clearly displayed, therefore, please make your decision wisely.

I also do not encourage my customers to come and view the bag at my place, because if there are too many hands scrutinizing the bags, the bags may be damaged, or tainted with finger print marks, etc. I appreciate your understanding.
